Image-intensified weapon sights are offered in two forms. Dedicated sights NNS x4, NNS x6, RIS x4 and RIS x6 carry their own magnification and illuminated reticle, the two NNS sights mounting directly to a Picatinny rail, and the passive POS-11 is a 3.5x sight for 7.62 mm assault rifles. Clip-on devices ZAOK NV, DAMON medium range and DAMON long range sit in front of an existing day scope and retain its ballistic zero, so the rifle keeps one sight picture by day and night. All are built around Gen II+ or Gen III tubes.

Passive 3.5x night sight for 7.62 mm assault rifles, with adjustable red aiming mark brightness and a Gen 2+ or Gen 3 image intensifier tube.

Long range clip-on night vision device used in tandem with a day sight, retaining the day optic ballistic zero, in aircraft-grade aluminium housing.

Medium range clip-on night vision device used in tandem with a day sight, retaining the day optic ballistic zero, with manual gain and focus controls.

Single tube x4 night vision weapon sight in aluminium alloy body, with illuminated reticle, Picatinny mount and compatibility with all laser types.

Single tube x6 night vision weapon sight in aluminium alloy body, with illuminated reticle, Picatinny mount and compatibility with all laser types.

Single tube x4 night vision weapon sight for medium ranges or surveillance, with illuminated reticle and windage and elevation adjustment.

Single tube x6 night vision weapon sight for medium to long ranges or surveillance, with illuminated reticle and windage and elevation adjustment.

Gen III clip-on night sight mounted in front of a day riflescope without re-zeroing, with upper Picatinny rail for an illuminator.
A dedicated night sight such as NNS x4 or RIS x6 carries its own magnification and reticle and is zeroed independently, so it is listed as a complete sight with its reticle adjustment range, and with a click value at 100 m for the RIS models. A clip-on such as ZAOK NV or DAMON is fitted in front of the day riflescope without re-zeroing, so the day scope's reticle and magnification remain in use. ZAOK NV lists a recommended day riflescope range of 3-12x, and DAMON is offered in medium and long range variants with different fields of view.
Target detection and recognition distances are the first comparison point: the x4 sights list 550 m detection and 400 m recognition, the x6 sights 800 m and 650 m, and DAMON long range 1300 m recognition of a vehicle. Tube generation, resolution in lp/mrad or lp/mm, reticle adjustment range, battery type and life, weight and focus range follow. POS-11 lists 300 m recognition with a Gen 2+ tube and 450 m with Gen 3, which shows how much the tube choice alone changes performance.
No. ZAOK NV is mounted in front of the day riflescope without re-zeroing, and both DAMON variants are used in tandem with the day sight while retaining the day optic's ballistic zero. The day scope's own reticle and adjustments continue to be used.
NNS x4, NNS x6, RIS x4 and RIS x6 are listed with HD 2100 or HD 1520 tubes, ZAOK NV with the HD 1521 Gen III tube at a figure of merit above 2000, the DAMON clip-ons with Gen III tubes and POS-11 with a Gen 2+ or Gen 3 tube.
