Compliance & licensing
Licensed, documented, diversion-proof.
Controls are not friction in this trade — they are the reason a legitimate buyer can move quickly. We run the documentation so an eligible end user reaches contract without avoidable delay, and so an ineligible one does not reach it at all.
Official licence
Licensed by the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Serbia for export and import, and for the provision of brokerage services and technical assistance in the field of arms, military equipment and dual-use goods.
Licence particulars, company registration and named leadership are provided to counterparties on request and in vendor-registration submissions.
How a supply proceeds
- 01Government-issued export licence
Every shipment proceeds against a licence issued by the competent ministry for that transaction. No goods move on a framework assurance alone.
- 02Verified End-User Certificate
An EUC naming the end user and the end use is verified before an offer becomes an order. We support clients through the documentation, including International Import Certificates and Delivery Verification Certificates where the importing state requires them.
- 03Screening of counterparties
Entities, owners and destinations are screened against UN embargoes, the Arms Trade Treaty and EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP criteria as applied by the licensing authority.
- 04Disclosure of intermediaries
Any intermediary in a transfer is disclosed in the documentation, in line with the end-user assurance standards this trade operates under.
Authorisations & eligibility
What a buyer needs from us to admit an offer into a tender.
- Manufacturer’s Authorization Form
- Issued per tender, on the producer’s letterhead, naming the tender reference and scope, signed by a person able to bind the producer. Tenders that admit only producers or their authorised agents are the most common disqualifier for a trading company, so we address it at the bid stage rather than after.
- Export licence confirmation
- Written confirmation that the goods are licensable for the stated destination before a bid is submitted.
- Bid and performance instruments
- Bid bond or EMD, performance bank guarantee and advance payment guarantee issued through correspondent banks.
- Vendor registration
- Company registration, audited accounts, debarment declarations and codification data supplied in the format the buyer’s system requires.
