What buyers ask before the first email.

Eligibility, documentation and tender mechanics, answered directly. Where the honest answer depends on the transaction, that is what it says — a procurement officer loses more time to a confident wrong answer than to a qualified one.

Who can buy from Sentinel Global?

Quotations are issued to ministries of defence, armed forces procurement directorates, ministries of interior and police procurement authorities, and to licensed defence traders and integrators.

There is no retail channel and no supply to private individuals. Eligibility is established before an offer becomes an order, not after.

Does Sentinel Global manufacture the goods it supplies?

No. Sentinel Global is a licensed trading company, not a producer. The portfolio is supplied under our own contract and documentation, and the goods in it are produced under ISO 9001 and SORS 9000-21 certified quality systems and released against accredited laboratory testing.

The practical consequence for a buyer is a single counterparty for a requirement that spans several product families, with the licensing and documentation handled as one file.

What documentation is required before a shipment can proceed?

Two instruments are mandatory: a government-issued export licence for that specific transaction, and a verified End-User Certificate naming the end user and the end use. No goods move on a framework assurance alone.

Where the importing state requires them, we also work to International Import Certificates and Delivery Verification Certificates, and we support clients through that documentation rather than leaving it with them.

Can Sentinel Global bid in a tender that admits only manufacturers or their authorised agents?

Yes. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Form is issued per tender, on the producer’s letterhead, naming the tender reference and scope, and signed by a person able to bind the producer.

This clause is the most common disqualifier for a trading company, so we address it at the bid stage. Tell us the tender reference when you enquire and the authorisation is prepared with the offer rather than after an award is questioned.

Are prices published on the site?

No. Pricing depends on quantity, configuration, destination, packing, inspection regime and delivery terms, so a published figure would be misleading in every direction.

A quotation is issued against a defined requirement. The specifications, by contrast, are published in full on each product page rather than locked inside a download.

Which countries can you supply?

Permitted destinations are determined by the licensing authority for each transaction, not by us, so there is no standing list to publish.

Counterparties, owners and destinations are screened against UN embargoes, the Arms Trade Treaty and EU Common Position 2008/944/CFSP criteria as applied by that authority. An enquiry naming the destination gets a direct answer on feasibility early, before either side invests in a bid.

Do you supply NATO or Eastern calibres?

Both. The portfolio runs to 696 line items across 84 calibres in both standards, and the catalogue can be filtered by standard alongside domain, calibre, nature and type.

Calibre naming follows both conventions, so 7.62x51 is also listed as .308 Winchester and 7.62 NATO, 12.7x99 as .50 Browning, and 5.56x45 as .223 Remington. Searching either form finds the same items.

Where are the technical specifications, and can I get a data sheet?

Every line item has its own page carrying the technical data available for it as an HTML table — readable, quotable and indexable, rather than trapped in a PDF behind a form.

Full technical data sheets are issued on request against a stated end-user and requirement. All published figures are indicative and carry the measurement conditions stated by the source; final specification is defined per contract.

What should a first enquiry contain?

Line items and quantities, the country of the end user, the required delivery window and the delivery terms. Where they exist, a tender reference, the inspection regime and packing or marking requirements move the first response much closer to a usable offer.

We reply within two business days, confirming the quotation scope and the end-user documentation the transaction will require.

What company information do you provide for vendor registration?

Company registration, licence particulars, named leadership, audited accounts, debarment declarations and codification data are supplied in the format the buyer’s system requires, to counterparties and in vendor-registration submissions.

Bid bonds, performance bank guarantees and advance payment guarantees are issued through correspondent banks where the tender calls for them.

In which languages do you correspond?

English. Official letters and tender documents are accepted by email at corporate@sentinelgloballtd.com.

Not answered here?

Send the requirement and we will answer against it directly. Details on the licence, the End-User Certificate process and tender eligibility are set out on the compliance page, and all 696 line items across 35 indexed calibres are in the catalogue.
